St Mungo’s is about a close-knit community’s battle for survival in the sporting world of the very lowest echelons of the GAA. And because football is more important than life or death, this battle is in reality a war within themselves. If the club fails, the community fails. It’s about the vagaries of rural life in Northern Ireland and the cloak and dagger operations of the Gaelic football club.
